Standard Pleated Filters
With absolute liquid efficiency ratings from 0.5 to 70 micron, FTC's standard pleated cartridges provide efficient solids removal in liquid streams. Each cartridge has a pleated fixed pore media which maximizes effective surface area while preventing particle unloading and fiber migration.
FTC's wide variety of pleated media, filter sizes and end cap configurations provide customers with the preferred cartridge for their specific application. Superior construction methods and materials combined with excellent quality control techniques ensure that FTC Standard Pleated filter cartridges provide consistent, quality filtration even in harsh conditions.
Conventional AB Series Filter Cartridges
- 2.5" OD x 20", 30" & 40" L Cartridge Filters
- 0.5 micron to 70 micron @ 99.98% efficiency (beta 5000)
- Available with Polypropylene, Polyester, Cellulose, and Glass Fiber Media
- Fits Conventional Style cartridge filter vessels with positive o-ring or gasket seal
- Up to 20.5 sq. feet of effective filter media surface area
- Recommended flow rate of 2.5 GPM per 10" length
- Dirt holding capacity - up to 2.0 pounds or 0.5 pounds per 10" length

Standard Deep Pleat 740 Series Filter Cartridges
- 6.25" OD x 40" L Cartridge Filters
- 0.5 micron to 70 micron @ 99.0% efficiency (beta 100)
- Available with Polypropylene, Polyester, Cellulose, and Glass Fiber Media
- Fits standard 740 cartridge filter vessels with positive #226 o-ring seal
- Up to 68 sq. feet of effective filter media surface area
- Recommended flow rate of 40 GPM
- Replaces up to 7 standard 2.5" OD pleated cartridges or 28 string would elements in dirt holding capacity
