Max-out Conversion System

FTC's Max-out Bag Housing Conversion System converts standard bag housings to high efficiency cartridge housings. The Max-out system is designed to fit inside existing bag housings without modification. The Max-out Conversion System changes the fluid flow path through the filter element from inside → outside to outside → inside making the entire array of FTC cartridge media and filter construction materials available for "bag" applications. Having these materials available for filter construction allows for the manufacturing of absolute rated filters elements that can stand up to the harshest of conditions using existing bag housings.

Max-out Series Conversion Basket

• Fits most standard #2 size bag housings
• Available in carbon steel, 304 stainless steel, and 316 stainless steel
• Designed with 100% positive o-ring seal to existing vessel

Max-out Platinum Series Filter Cartridges

• 6.25" OD x 20" L Cartridge Filters
• 0.5 micron to 70 micron @ 99.98% efficiency (beta 5000)
• Available with Polypropylene, Polyester, Cellulose and Glass Fiber Media
• Fits Max-out Series Conversion Basket with positive o-ring seal
• Up to 59 sq. feet of effective filter media surface area
• Recommended flow rate of 25 GPM per filter
• Dirt holding capacity - up to 9 pounds
