Platinum Series Filter Elements Platinum Series filter elements are designed with "absolute rated" removal efficiencies, and are available in filtration ranges from 0.5 to 70 microns. The unique, patented design of this pleated element utilizes segregated flow channels and flow chambers to utilize the full surface area of the pleated filter media within a given cartridge diameter. 650 Platinum Bag- High Performance Pleated Filter Bags FTC introduces its new 650 PLATINUM Series, absolute rated, pleated bag. With 99.98% removal efficiency, it is available in filtration ranges from 0.5 to 70 microns. This unique design, U.S. Patent No. 5824232, uses segregated flow channels and flow chambers to provide up to 59 sq. ft. of effective filter media surface area within the space constraints of a standard basket.
FTC 740 Platinum Series cartridges are designed to offer "absolute rated" filter performance with high fluid flow rates, minimal pressure drop, and the dirt holding capacity of up to ten (10) standard pleated cartridges. 740 Platinum Series elements have an outer diameter of 6.25 inches, and are available in a variety of materials, lengths and configurations.
FTC 940 Platinum Series cartridges are designed to offer
"absolute rated" filter performance with very high fluid flow rates, minimal pressure drop,
and the dirt holding capacity of up to fifty (50) standard pleated
cartridges. 940 Platinum Series elements have an outer diameter of 12.75
inches, and are available in a variety of materials, lengths and
configurations.
The 2040 Platinum Series cartridges are designed to offer
"absolute rated" filter performance with extremely high fluid flow rates, minimal pressure drop,
and the dirt holding capacity of up to one hundred fifty (150) standard pleated cartridges. FTC 2040 Platinum
Series cartridges are 20 inches in diameter and and are available in a
variety of materials, lengths and configurations.
