 Specialty Products

FTC manufactures a variety of specialty products designed to offer enhanced filtration and separation performance in conjunction with our standard products and services.

FTC 240 Emerald Series “Mini Oil Guzzler” cartridges are designed to offer effective removal of oil from water in a standard 2.5 inch OD filter design.  One “Mini Oil Guzzler” is designed to hold one liter of oil before reaching the maximum differential pressure of 35 PSI.  ‘Mini Oil Guzzler” cartridges also offer a rapid differential pressure increase mechanism which provides a positive indication of cartridge change-out time prior to any oil bypass.

FTC 740 Emerald Series "Oil Guzzler" cartridges are designed to offer effective removal of oil from water in a standard 740 size design. "Oil Guzzler" cartridges offer maximum oil absorbing capacity as well as a built-in flow cutoff mechanism designed to provide a positive indication of pending cartridge saturation prior to any oil bypass.

Wastewater Cleanup Systems

FTC’s Wastewater Cleanup Systems are designed to remove solids and low concentrations of oil from contaminated water. Systems are optimized for weight, height, footprint, and ease of filter replacement.

FTC's EASEE System is designed to offer absolute rated filtration and oil/water separation in a  compact, easy to use platform. The EASEE System can be used as a stand-alone platform for gross oil removal, or combined with the "Oil Guzzler" elements for a cost effective oil removal system.

FTC's TLP Series Internal Pipeline Filtration System combines our proven Platinum technology with an innovative concept designed to utilize existing pipeline equipment to offer a low-cost solution for temporary filtration needs associated with pipeline pigging operations.
