Standard Pleated Filters
FTC's Standard Pleated Bag Filter Cartridges are designed with high particle removal efficiencies and are available in a wide variety of liquid filtration micron ranges. The unique design of these elements offers a cost effective filtration solution by providing a large effective surface area within the constraints of standard bag filter housing. The High Capacity 550 Series Bag Filters can increase the surface area in a standard #2 size bag housing up to 8 times and increase the dirt holding capacity as much as 20 times in comparison to a conventional bag filter.
High Capacity 550 Series Bag Filter Cartridges
- 6.25" OD x 20" L Bag Style Cartridge Filters
- 1 micron to 75 micron @ 99.0% efficiency (beta 100)
- Available with Polypropylene, Polyester, and Glass Fiber Media
- Fits #2 size bag filter vessels with positive o-ring seal
- Up to 32 sq. feet of effective filter media surface area
- Recommended flow rate is up to 50 GPM
- Dirt holding capacity - up to 5 pounds

High Flow DPU Series Bag Filter Cartridges
- 6" OD x 20", 40" & 60" L Bag Style Cartridge Filters
- 0.5 micron to 70 micron @ 99.98% efficiency (beta 5000)
- Available with Polypropylene, Polyester, Cellulose, and Glass Fiber Media
- Fits standard High Flow bag filter vessels with positive o-ring seal
- Up to 100 sq. feet of effective filter media surface area
- Can handle flow rates up to 500 GPM
- Dirt holding capacity - up to 25 pounds
