Reflecting our thought leadership, FTC has published a technical report titled Fundamentals of Liquid-Liquid Separation via Coalescence to provide a basic overview of the scientific principles, liquid phase and droplet properties, droplet interaction in coalescing element and vessel, and parameters affecting the liquid-liquid separation process. It also summarizes design considerations and emphasizes the importance and criteria for a properly designed liquid-liquid separation equipment for a reliable, efficient solution to liquid contamination or recovery.
